Data collected about a data subject, when logged in as a user operating on behalf of a data controller, is considered client data, regardless of which person enters this information. IF YOU ARE A DATA CONTROLLER, AND YOU WANT YOUR DATA SUBJECTS TO ACCEPT THE TULA SOFTWARE PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ENTER INFORMATION ABOUT THEMSELVES WHILE YOU ARE LOGGED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN ANY PART OF THE APPLICATION INCLUDING ELECTRONIC WAIVERS.
Client data is data provided to us about a person, who may or may not be a user of our system, by a user of our system.
